Locations
What this screenshot shows
The Location form is used to define a work location and its related settings. Create locations before assigning employees to them when your organization operates across multiple offices or work sites.
- The form captures the location's basic information and status.
- Location-related selection controls are visible on the right side of the form.
- Save the location before assigning it to employees or using it in location-dependent workflows.

Locations provide organization/location context for workforce records. The plugin also exposes timezone and location-related settings.
Configure locations
- Open Clockinator Pro → Locations.
- Create each real-world or organizational location required by your workforce.
- Save the record.
- Assign employees to the appropriate location using the available employee fields.
Timezone first: Configure the global Clockinator timezone in Settings before testing time-based attendance.
