Inbox

What this screenshot shows

The Inbox provides a communication interface for messages available to the logged-in user. Select a conversation from the list, review the message history, and use the message field/action shown at the bottom to respond when permitted.

• The left panel lists available conversations/messages.
• The main panel shows the selected conversation history.
• The composer at the bottom is used to send a new message when the current user has permission.
• Customer tip: Use the screenshot as a visual guide, but follow the field-by-field instructions on this page for the exact configuration.
