Licensing

All of our products which include WordPress plugins and themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

You are welcome to redistribute them and/or modify them under the terms of the GNU GPL 2.0 or later.

Support and Updates

Support and updates for products, including plugins or themes sold and distributed by BeastThemes are only available for those who have an active, paid license.

There is no restriction on product usage. You can continue to use the product that you downloaded from your membership area anyhow you want for a lifetime on an unlimited number of sites even after the expiry date of your license.

Support is granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. For example, if you purchase “Five Website Licences”, then you can ask for support on five websites for one year. After one year is completed, the purchasers need to renew their license to continue receiving support for the items purchased.

Customization that is too specific is not included as a part of the support. You may hire us to customize the product as per your specific requirements. The cost of hiring depends upon the requirements and specificity of the customization.

Updates for our products are granted for a lifetime based on the license you have purchased.

Support and updates for products are provided as long as BeastThemes and its website are active.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Limitations

In no event shall BeastThemes be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BeastThemes’s website, even if BeastThemes or a BeastThemes authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Product Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your membership details and other purchase information. You can download the product such as a plugin or theme by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the product and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through https://beastthemes.com/contact/ to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license is valid. If a license expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until the license is renewed.

Product Updates & Notice

All our free products update and notice will be managed by WordPress.org. But all Premium product updates managed by us, users should manually check products update if any.

If you applying any update, we will suggest you keep back up of the existing product version and site backup. If you have doubts about apply updates on the existing version then you can contact us. To take backup on your site use this plugin.

Refund Policy

You have the right to get a refund on your purchase within 7 days with the below conditions.  If you have an issue with our product that we are unable to resolve and that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

• We believe that you had visited the plugins and themes demos site before purchasing any product from https://demo.beastthemes.com. That means, All the accidental or by mistake purchase products do not comply with the refund policy.
• Changes made by the user into product code, Conflicts, or issues caused by 3rd party themes, plugins, and other software will be not under the refund policy.
• No refunds will be processed on multisite plugins or themes bundle purchases like business or developer licenses and bundle product purchase.
• The refund process takes place 3-5 working days, excluding holidays.
• All discounted purchased do not comply with the refund policy.
• By purchasing a product or service from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
• If you asked for support with any product and I am unable to resolve your issues within the time.
• A refund will not be initiated if the product has conflicts with active themes or other plugins or third-party products.
