Terms
By accessing the website at beastthemes.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Licensing
All of our products, including WordPress plugins and themes, are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 or later. You are welcome to redistribute and modify them under the terms of the GNU GPL 2.0 or later.
Support and Updates
Support and updates for products sold and distributed by BeastThemes are available to customers with an active, paid license. There is no restriction on product usage: you may continue to use downloaded products for a lifetime on an unlimited number of sites, even after your license expires.
Support is granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license purchased. Specific customization is not included in product support, but you may hire us for custom work. Product updates are granted for a lifetime based on your license and are provided while BeastThemes and its website remain active. While we aim to provide the best support possible, we do not guarantee that every query will be answered within a particular timeframe.
Limitations
In no event shall BeastThemes be liable for damages, including loss of data or profit or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use materials on the website, even if BeastThemes or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Product Delivery
After payment is processed successfully, you will receive an email with your membership details and purchase information. You can download your plugin or theme by logging into the account created for you and selecting the appropriate link.
If you do not receive your information, contact us through our contact page. Access to re-download purchased files is granted while your license is valid; download access is discontinued when a license expires until it is renewed.
Product Updates & Notice
Free product updates and notices are managed by WordPress.org. Premium product updates are managed by BeastThemes, so users should manually check for updates. Before applying an update, we recommend backing up the existing product version and your website. If you have questions, contact us.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 7 days if you have an issue with our product that we are unable to resolve and that makes the system unusable. Refunds do not apply to accidental purchases, changes made to product code, conflicts caused by third-party software, multisite or bundle purchases, discounted purchases, or products that conflict with active themes or plugins. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days, excluding holidays. A refund will not be initiated if product issues can be attributed to third-party products.
